“Excellent”
Excellent service, all the staff members are very polite; the hotel looks like new and its very clean. Breakfast is very good considering the hotel rates. We have been in the city a lot of times and this hotel is a lot better than the hotels of the area (and cheaper).

“Wonderful Hotel”
This is a great hotel. Clean and modern. Very much along the lines of a European hotel. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Good hotel”
Very nice hotel with an excellent front desk. They will work with you on any issues. The price was a bit expensive for a border town. Good parking. A bit further from the center so you will need a car. Breakfast was very good. Clean rooms and nice and quiet.

“Good stay”
This is a great value and clean hotel. Breakfast was good with variety of options. We came with the baseball team of my son, and could be annoyance the kids noice for the business customers. The city host the national champioships twice a year, so they have the opportunity to improve the facilities… lisää

“Less than Expected”
Disorganized front desk. Sent with key to occupied room. Oops! Didn’t charge for dog at check in, then later added charge. Asked for dog vaccination card. Never before at any hotel in Mexico have we been asked. No green space anywhere for pets. Room okay. One small bottle of water provided.
