Overal the Hotel was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good, nearby the airport and major roads. Rooms were fine. “A nice clean hotel in a good location”

Stayed here on a business trip and was impressed with this property. Rooms were clean and accommodations were great. Breakfast was typical for most chain hotels but did like that they served one dish that was typical to the region, and varied that selection everyday. The afternoon refreshments w… lisää

Stayed here on a business trip and was impressed with this property. Rooms were clean and accommodations were great. Breakfast was typical for most chain hotels but did like that they served one dish that was typical to the region, and varied that selection everyday. The afternoon refreshments were good, and if you like beer, they seemed to have more than enough. As other commenters notes, it is in a great location next to a mall that had a number of nice restaurants and shopping opportunities. Will stay here again when in town next.

“Very good business hotel”

Next to Senderos mall that has restaurants and movie theaters. The hotel itself was very clean. It includes breakfast and happy hour in the afternoon. Gym equipment works and in perfecct condition. It includes a shuttle to the Toluca International Airport.

We stayed here for the Hell and Heaven Metal Festival. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were VERY basic, very small, had no in room safes (and the front office did not have keys to their main safe but they offered to let us use it using only a camera as surveilance). We stayed here for the Hell and Heaven Metal Festival. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were VERY basic, very small, had no in room safes (and the front office did not have keys to their main safe but they offered to let us use it using only a camera as surveilance). The place overall was clean, had free basic breakfast (we went elsewhere for food). We paid very high rates but there was not many options available and sure the prices were high due to the festival. For $100 or so it is reasonable, $200 or more is very high (which is what we paid), so around those prices you can make your decision.
