“Thee place to stay in Toluca any day.”
After a day in Mexico city we finally got to Toluca a main stop. We stayed 3 days here in this hotel. One it was a more respectable greeting than Kali in Mexico city, very simple check in even with my butchered Spanish. “great hotel, staff and location”
wonderful hotel, professional staff, clean rooms , big screen tv and perfect downtown location to see the famous cathedrals and gardens. Staff spoke good english and always helpfull. excellent wifi and good variety of tv channels. great location to see Toluca for tourists.

“Comfortable, Well-Located and Friendly”
Great location with an easy walk to the Cathedral, the Botanic Garden, and the rest of Centro. Very comfortable room, great bedding and towels, well-appointed throughout. Friendly staff, too. “Old and tired”
Rooms are ok, even if they need to be refurbished, like the entire hotel. Housekeeping need improvement. Breakfast is not easy to take (the place for the dishes is too small!!!), and this become hectic during rush hours, better be there early in the morning.
