The Ciros Hotel is well worth consideration. Free, secure underground parking right in the heart of Pachuca. You can walk out the front door and go from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless, new TV's. Fast elevator. Breakfast, included, is a short walk across the central square. Easy to negotiate your way out of town to explore the mountain attractions and towns.

“Nice hotel .. nice service”

Hotel is clean. Although a hard bed may be of the like of some, not me. Excelent price. The service from the hotel staff is 5-stars… really happy with them Coupe of warnings… not the hotel fault, but maybe something can be done. - room 101 is right in front of the plaza facing the clock, excelente… lisää

The service from the hotel staff is 5-stars… really happy with them Coupe of warnings… not the hotel fault, but maybe something can be done. - room 101 is right in front of the plaza facing the clock, excelente view, but the room needs to be More soundproof as the plaza clock every 30min rings loudly… even in the bathroom you can hear the clock rings for a couple of seconds - hotel Emily is the sister hotel across the plaza, that’s where most of the amenities such as restaurant and fitness center is located at. Tripadvisor should amend some of the information regarding this hotel

“Loved it”

4 of us stayed in the Junior suite on the 4th floor. The view was beautiful and so interesting. There was the clock tower directly in front of the hotel and a small pavilion where the locals entertained us with fantastic break dancing. The staff was helpful, especially if you spoke Spanish. Ciros Hotel is located in the heart of Pachuca, Hidalgo Mexico. It overlooks the large town square and the large local clock tower. The view is lovely. Ciros Hotel is located in the heart of Pachuca, Hidalgo Mexico. It overlooks the large town square and the large local clock tower. The view is lovely. Ciros Hotel is an older hotel with a renovated lobby and an updated exterior. The rooms, unfortunately, are a bit small and tired. I also found the bed to be too hard for my taste. Breakfast is offered daily, but I didn’t take advantage of its availability. The modest fitness center is situated across the town square in the sister hotel, Hotel Emily. The staff were warm and friendly and very responsive to our requests. WiFi was available and offered adequate speeds. Onsite parking was also available in the basement of the hotel. Overall, this is a nice hotel if you want to enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Pachuca. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but serves it purpose well. I would recommend it to those who are sightseeing around the area, as well as for families and couples.
