“Great place”
I did book the hotel as a last choice because the main hotels at Tulancingo's downton were at full capacity a month earlier due the annual fair. That was a happy accident: The place is super clean, friendly staff, overall a great place to stay and not to worry about a thing.

“Just Basic”
The hotel is very basic. The weekend I stayed in was one of the coldest ones in the whole year and the heating device in the room didn't work. The matress was hard as a stone, I could barely sleep. “Good surrounding, closer to highway!!”
La joya hotel is nice, the location is good, closer to highway and big ground. Rooms are ok, not so great. The amenities are average. Wifi does not work in rooms. There is no variety of dishes in the hotels kitchen! There are no options of vegetarian food. The hotel staff is not very helpful. Best … lisää
