“Työkonferenssi”
Olet juuri päättänyt viikon oleskella tässä erittäin mukavassa hotellissa. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällinen ja ei voinut tehdä enää, jotta vierailuni olisi parempi. “Bitts staff are an example of great service”
Nelson and Alfonso at Bitts (pool area) were absolutely AMAZING they are extremely attentive and friendly. Food was really good, specifically the fries! I would be back to this hotel based solely on my experience with the pool area staff!

“Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara kicks *ss”
Just the best staying that only Hard Rock can deliver. Facilites are awesome and staff is A+ from reception Caro and Daniel are just miracle workers. Concierne makes all your troubles vanish. “Amazing experience at hard rock from an Americans perspective”
We had a great time today. It’s a hard rock hotel. They were very hospitable and Nelson at the upstairs pool bar was amazing as was Emilio down at the seafood buffet. “Amazing Hotel”
It was amazing! The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. The security of the hotel was great and amazing music too.
