Destino Mío was one of the most expansive luscious and beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Once we arrived on site, we were taken on a thrilling golf cart ride through some of the side roads to the main reception area, which set a very fun and exciting tone for the rest of our trip. I had the opportunity to stay in both a sweet and the glamping camping area for my trip and I was impressed with the accommodations in both beds were comfortable housekeeping. Staff was attentive and caring in their cleaning and the provided flashlights, bug spray and umbrellas were a great touch. I ate exclusively on the property at the poolside restaurant and very much enjoyed the service staff and how friendly and attentive they were to all of our needs a special shout out to Kevin who gave us very personal attention during our time there. We also participated in the cenote tour tour and I was blown away by the two cenotes we visited. Even the cenote excursion staff was attentive and offering lifejackets down from 5 m above us as we swam around. The magic of this resort simply cannot be replicated. I’m excited to book my next trip back to this beautiful place.

“Luxurious stay in the jungle”

We went for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. We got the 90 minute massages and they were totally worth it, the masseuses were so kind and it was a great experience and very relaxing. We went for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. We got the 90 minute massages and they were totally worth it, the masseuses were so kind and it was a great experience and very relaxing. We got to spend time in the cenote just us which was magical and the view point was breathtaking. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and all the staff were kind and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The wildlife was so cool and the plunge suite was huge and felt both luxurious and immersed in nature. I hope to come back some day!!

The absolute highlight of our stay was the cenote tour. I've seen cenotes before, but nothing prepared me for the sheer joy of having one all to myself. The hotel has access to some of the most pristine and untouched cenotes I've ever seen. The crystal-clear waters, the play of natural light, and the sense of discovering something truly special made this experience unforgettable. One of the most memorable experiences was getting a massage overlooking a cenote - talk about a unique spa setting! The gentle sounds of water droplets and the soft jungle breeze created the most serene atmosphere I've ever experienced during a massage. This is something you simply can't find anywhere else. The dining experience was exceptional. The chef here is truly talented, crafting thoughtful menus that showcase local ingredients in creative ways. Each meal felt special, and they were clearly passionate about sharing the stories behind their dishes. The presentation was beautiful without being pretentious, and the flavors were incredible. The integration of modern luxury with the natural environment is seamlessly done Every detail seems carefully considered, from the morning coffee service to the evening turndown, to a surprise pastry delivery in the afternoon.
