There are two hotels by the same name. So just be aware of which one you booked. This clean and good customer serviced hotel is just a block or two off the Historical Plaza of Valladolid. The rooms were clean and the bed linens smelled fresh. The hotel has AC and it helped during the hot night. The front desk is efficient and helpful. Coffee and cookies are provided in the morning. The hotel is in a pretty safe location and there is free parking across the street. This is a well located hotel to visit near Chichen Itza, Cenotes and other places of interest in your day trips. Also, the price plan helps saving some money and you could use that saving to enjoy meals at the wonderful restaurants around the plaza. There is a beautiful historical Church a few blocks walk away.

A very nice and cozy hotel, we went to spend family holidays at first we would only be for one night, but Valladolid is a place with many things to know, I did not know the cenotes are places like caves with water where you can swim and fill yourself with energy Positive, the hotel staff very friendly, a plus is that they offer 24 hour coffee service and handmade bread in the morning. I will definitely be back.

This hotel is ideally situated in Valladolid, approximately a five minute walk to the city centre. It also benefits from a separate dedicated car park opposite the hotel. This hotel is ideally situated in Valladolid, approximately a five minute walk to the city centre. It also benefits from a separate dedicated car park opposite the hotel. Check in was easy but there was no engagement or advice from the reception staff. We were taken to our room by a member of the cleaning staff and that was it. Our Junior site was very spacious but it did lack good lighting and we had to keep the blind down for privacy. It was very clean, sleek and minimalist and not very Mexican influenced. I was very disappointed with the reception staff as they lacked any engagement at all which was disappointed especially as we just came from another hotel with excellent customer service in Merida.

“Good hotel”

Very good place to stay a short visit. The room is always clean and in a very nice location (near by downtown). The only little detail was the actitud of receptionist although so recommend if you looking where stay in Valladolid
