“Great place for a family stay!”
Everything was great from the moment we walked in the lobby. Carlos was so helpful and accommodating. It was late at night and he checked us in. When we were in our room he showed us where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable for a family … lisää

“Great hotel…”
This hotel is an excellent value. They were super helpful and attentive, and the location is great for walking. We would stay again for sure. Close to lots of good restaurants, and the main centro. It was not hard to drive into, and they do have an internal parking area.

“Just Ok”
Toilet WC size small and placement very next to shower Only 1/2 a Roll of toilet paper was in the room. The hotel Is nice but lacking these details. Almost every hotel in Valladolid needs to work with employees. Overall customer service Is lacking in Valladolid

It is a cheap place with ok rooms and near the center of town, and therefore a little quieter. It’s fine for what you pay. Breakfast is ok - continental breakfast.
