We stayed at Real Hispano for a couple of nights. Overall, this is a above average hotel, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Our shower drain wasn't working that well unfortunately. We stayed at Real Hispano for a couple of nights. Overall, this is a above average hotel, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Our shower drain wasn't working that well unfortunately. There is a roof terrace, a swimming pool, the location is great, the breakfast is good and there are smart TV's in the rooms. If you stay here, you should visit cenote Zaci, just a few blocks away.

“Lovely hotel but terribly slow service evening meal and breakfast”

Nice hotel. Great location. Right on a lovely square with the beautiful love seats fantastic location. We had a large downstairs room. Probably the disabled friendly room. But it was strange. Lots of space. Suppose to push a wheelchair round. But nowhere nothing to put our suitcases on Either … lisää

Nice hotel. Great location. Right on a lovely square with the beautiful love seats fantastic location. We had a large downstairs room. Probably the disabled friendly room. But it was strange. Lots of space. Suppose to push a wheelchair round. But nowhere nothing to put our suitcases on Either the floor which meant bending down / kneeling to use case. Or use half of each of the double beds for the cases No wardrobe. No hanging space I had the octopus. It was delicious. Service was slow there was a really heavy thunder storm tremendously heavy rain. The storm was right overhead Hence nearly all our group decided too wet to venture out. Let’s eat in. Total chaos. Poor service we sat on one long table. As courtyard flooded. Tables under a canopy … suddenly floor an inch of water … everyone moving further in But breakfast was just as chaotic. And that can’t be blamed on the weather and more guests staying in Awful poor choice We left for the airport at 11am. Already starving Nice pool nice seating out area no coffee making facilities. Yet we had a fridge good wi fi

“A pretty fine hotel”

The equal of any we stayed in on our 16-day Mexico trip. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the main square. Elegant gardens, furniture, and shared areas. Room was well proportioned, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed very much staying here - especially after some of the other places we stayed!

“Middle of centre yet mediocre as oblivious staff”

While the hotel is in the middle of this small town and could therefore be a walking distance gem, our room was not only outdated, but also had a very sewer like smell. While the hotel is in the middle of this small town and could therefore be a walking distance gem, our room was not only outdated, but also had a very sewer like smell. We asked the reception to take care of this, but it was never really fixed during our stay. Equally important, staff is oblivious, hard to come by and when you see them, they do not greet you (even when you greet them). Breakfast was mediocre at best (restaurant is independent from hotel as you cannot seem to charge to your room) Positives: location, ability to park, large room Negatives: somewhat outdated, smelly in our room and absent/oblivious staff
