This hotel is just so well run, the staff is outstanding, so attentive. The grounds are beautifully kept up, with so many beautiful plants and flowers. This hotel is just so well run, the staff is outstanding, so attentive. The grounds are beautifully kept up, with so many beautiful plants and flowers. There is a turtle nursery and you can also learn about the bees which are on the property. The underground salt water cave is just amazing and so relaxing. Can not say enough about the food which is excellent, and they are very generous with the tequila. Again the staff makes the hotel special.

“A Great Place to make memories”

A good standard hotel, on the outskirts of Valladolid. We stayed because we wanted to visit Chcihen Itza and this worked really well as we were able to get to Chichen Itza early before the crowds arrived. A good standard hotel, on the outskirts of Valladolid. We stayed because we wanted to visit Chcihen Itza and this worked really well as we were able to get to Chichen Itza early before the crowds arrived. The hotel is a little quirky, but a really great place to stay, somewhere I would recommend to people. The staff were really helpful, there was a nice restaurant and bar area. The pool was nice too with poolside service for food and drinks and food of a good standard. However the real reason I would recommend this place is because of the little ‘extra’ things to do. There is a turtle project on site, where they are breeding turtles, there is a cave to swim in, there is a little pool with Garra Rufa fish in it for a DIY foot spa and a really cute Ice cream shop. All good fun and what makes the hotel really memorable, hence the 5 star review.

“Nice vibe, great style”

Really liked the style and the vibes of this hotel. It is a bit remote, but that is fine. The waterscape is very nice and warm. Breakfast offered was also good and reception staff very friendly. The only thing that surprised me was the noise at night…. Cars, barking dogs, people talking in the stre… lisää

Really liked the style and the vibes of this hotel. It is a bit remote, but that is fine. The waterscape is very nice and warm. Breakfast offered was also good and reception staff very friendly. The only thing that surprised me was the noise at night…. Cars, barking dogs, people talking in the street…. So if you are a light sleeper, make sure to take earplugs with you. We also had to park our car in the street because the parking was too small…. But one of the reasons we chose this was to have a parking so our car would be safe…

“Lovely common spaces, lackluster rooms”

Interesting place with several delightful features—first being the warm salt water cave. Excellent spa service thoroughly enjoyed my coffee/cacao exfoliation. Also enjoyed the fish pedicure station, the turtle and bee sanctuaries, the charmingly painted ice cream parlor. Restaurant was mediocre and there doesn’t seem to be much else around. Somewhat out of the way location. limited parking When we checked in the room features I had specified on booking.com had not been communicated to the hotel, so we got the worst room, adjacent to the laundry. The front desk claimed that they couldn’t process my Amex card, took my friend’s Visa card and then inexplicably charged my Amex card leading to some confusion. Room was nothing special, bedding basic and very limited space for unpacking. All in all not really worth the price.
