We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We fould the staff so very friendly from the moment we arrived. Learning the history of the building, wandering the halls and sitting in the enclosed patio to soak up the atmosphere were part of the charm of our stay. The view from the terrace of the cathedral is unparralled! The rooms are extremely comfortable, with a perfect blend of old-world feel with up-to-date luxury. Everything from start to finish was just WOW!

The hotel was lovely the from the beginning when we walked in the person at the front desk was very accommodating very sweet. We were brought up to our room and treated look like royalty. The hotel was lovely the from the beginning when we walked in the person at the front desk was very accommodating very sweet. We were brought up to our room and treated look like royalty. The room was a little odd with a shower behind the bed, but other than that it was beautiful. We had a big patio that faces the cathedral that was absolutely beautiful in the morning this where we had a small glitch, we ordered room service, coffee and pan dulce and we received a coffee that was completely water down horrible it was not even drinkable and the assortment of sweet breads that we received were very stale. Unfortunately it cost us of us $30 for something that we could’ve gone anywhere and gotten for under five but good coffee and good sweet bread that was a little bit of a glitch to the whole good experience that we had.

The hotel has an undeniably unbeatable location. We literally had the Morelia cathedral in our room. The rooms have been made up with taste and care. The hotel has an undeniably unbeatable location. We literally had the Morelia cathedral in our room. The rooms have been made up with taste and care. We are in a heritage building and yet nothing of the contemporary comfort is missing. The staff is exemplary in courtesy and friendliness, especially Ugo. We would certainly have enjoyed our stay even more if they spoke a little more English. This will help communication between customers and staff. The breakfast which is included in the room rate is tasty and generous. Applause to the whole team!
