“Beautiful hotel & wonderful stay”
Just completed 3 night stay at Hotel de la Soledad. Beautiful property located a block away from the plaza. Close to very fun restaurants & shopping but very quiet place to stay. “Beautiful historic property”
Don’t miss an opportunity to stay in this well designed, well functioning hotel in Morelia. It is a converted convent and the rooms are individually designed with original artwork, lovely furniture, excellent lighting, cable TV (including CNN and BBC). Service is excellent. “Amazing stay”
Great rooms, great staff, great food. Very clean and comfortable with excellent service. From the moment we arrived they made us feel like vip guests. Had a small issue with the room I had reserved but they fixed it very quickly. Will plan on staying here again when I visit Morelia

“Holding Back A Promised Refund”
The hotel was nice and the staff is friendly. I would give 5 stars, except the hotel overcharged me. It's been a week since the error was discovered. I called. I emailed. I sent the hotel my credit card info it asked for. Still, no refund. I feel like the hotel is not fair to its guests.

“Good service”
The hotel is beautiful, love the architecture. The food is good, the views are great. The staff is friendly and caring. It’s located in a great area right in downtown. There’s great restaurants around and a lot of transportation near by or around the corner.
