“Classic Mexican Hotel”
A classic old Mexican hotel...it does have an elevator but the stairs are beautiful. The hallways can be noisy (echo because ceilings are very high). Service is great! Did not eat there as there were so many other options in Morelia. Perfect location.

This is a colonial beautiful hotel with a lot of history in the heart of Morelia. Their service is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. “Nice spot, read different reviews.”
The place is relly nice, I like it it is quiet in the inside, you need to know (and understand) that is an old palace, rooms are good, service is ok , by the Cathedral. Now, restaurant is ok, good food and place, prices maybe little high for Mexicans, cheap for USD o €,

“Claustrophobic and overpriced”
Disappointing hotel. Great location and the terrace is cool. But the rooms are claustrophobic. No windows. No ventilation just an overhead fan. Basic furnishing. Not even a chair despite the large room. Mattress hard. Give the rooms a pass and enjoy the terrace. They desperately need to upgrade th… lisää

“So-So”
The good: Beautiful old hotel across the street from cathedral. Breakfast in restaurant (not included in cost of room) was good. Restaurant views were nice. The bad: Bad funky smell coming from bathroom. A bit noisy until late. Room was small. Not worth the price.
