They clean your room each day (I love that part) and once you ask for something they send it to your room super fast.

“A nice hotel that must put attention to small details”

I was a little disappointed with my stay in this hotel because I expected a higher standard of quality. I was a little disappointed with my stay in this hotel because I expected a higher standard of quality. Small details that had an impact on the perception of hosts: The safety chain in my room was broken, I found some mosquitoes in my room too, carpets were not very clean, both orange juice and coffee were below standards. It is a well placed hotel, personnel very kind, I believe the director must put attention to small details to improve service as it is required in such a hotel.

“Recommended if you´re traveling for work and to the Tec”

This hotel is close to the TEC and it also has some restaurants and grocery stores you can walk to. It is an old building. I would recommend work on the carpets, elevators, and furniture in general. This hotel is close to the TEC and it also has some restaurants and grocery stores you can walk to. It is an old building. I would recommend work on the carpets, elevators, and furniture in general. If you want to go to the centro, you will have to take an uber or taxi since it´s kinda far. I felt safe during my stay. Staff was polite. As with other holyday inn hotels, some rooms have accomodation for two people, but one of them will have to use the sofa bed. The room had good ac, coffee and a bottle of water for free. No fridge. Cable Tv and good wifi internet. Breakfast was included in the price (some fruit, cereals, eggs, sausage, bread, and typical tortilla with beans). Overall, the hotel could benefit from investing a little bit on the general look of the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel. It worked just right for me since I spent most of my time in Monterrey attending a conference and would only get to the hotel at night. The bed was comfy and I could barely notice any noise out or about.
