“Good value for money”
Very convenient location 5 minutes walk to macro plaza and barrio antiguo. There are many stores and restaurants near by. The facility is very new and the room is nice and clean. Good value for money.

“Value for money”
Decent value for money. Location is excellent right by the macro-plaza. Internet is good. Lifts are slow. Views are good. Most annoying things: entrance is through a car park, so you dont really see hotel staff or feel like youre in a hotel. No coffee or tea in the rooms.

Fine. Nice spacious and modern rooms. Although be sure to book a room with a double bed as the single beds have no windows - and that’s not clear on most sites. Lovely views of MTY. I stayed in Hotel Kavia Monterrey for 4 nights in October 2021.
