“Good”
Good location if you are going to offices nearby, and it is close to many parts of the city to go to restaurants etc. The hotel is modern and confortable to sleep well. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast could be more diverse but it's ok.

“Trip to Monterrey Febrero 2020”
I have been staying in this hotel for many years and have appreciated the efficiency, courtesy and kindness of the staff as well es the clean rooms, and the excellent restaurant.My only suggestion is that the restaurant offer a few selections for those of us who are on low salt and gluten free diet… lisää

“Clean, efficient”
Very friendly staff, following pandemic recommendations. Hotel is clean and perfect for business trips. Internet speed is good, rooms are spacious and include a desk for working at night. Rooms include breakfast.

“Nice and safe”
Great customer service, very clean, room service and very reasonable prices. I have stayed twice at this hotel and have absolutely no complaints. I recommend it's a great deal and near main attractions

“Much better options in MTY”
The hotel is just ok. The rooms are small. The AC is incredibly loud. The building is not very well kept. The towels were worn out. So not a lot of attention is being paid. The location is not bad but not great either. The only great thing was the service of the room cleaning ladies. They solve… lisää
