“Fantastic family hotel”

Beach and pools are superb. Great choice of restaurants, service better in day than evening. Should put mini fridges in the rooms. Beds rather small. Clean.

Had an exceptional 9 day stay! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The food options were exceptional and we never got bored. Every restaurant was unique. Shout out to Daniel at the pool, he’s a customer service expert! He treated all of the pool guests equally, took time to explain the menu options, and was always very polite and engaging. “Hot and lazy in Huatulco”

Great location on Bahai Chahue within an easy 10 minute walk to the center of La Crucecita and the adjacent Santa Cruz and a 5 minute walk to the Chedraui grocery superstore. Great location on Bahai Chahue within an easy 10 minute walk to the center of La Crucecita and the adjacent Santa Cruz and a 5 minute walk to the Chedraui grocery superstore. The mountain-view room didn't have much of a view from the balcony but the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Large pool/patio area (2 pools) with plenty of loungers for relaxation in the heat. Helpful, polite staff created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort. Nightly activities most evenings at or near the beach with numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of menus and price ranges. a 5 minute walk away. Felt that we received good value for our accommodations. A large selection of great restaurants off-site that are within a 10 to 15 minute walk in both La Crucecita and Santa Cruz.

“Loud and full of children”

This was not a hotel for relaxing. We stayed here because there were few good non-all-inclusive options near the dive centre. The hotel was full of families with small children, and it was almost impossible to get a lounger by the pool. There was music blaring out of large speakers by the pool area… lisää

This was not a hotel for relaxing. We stayed here because there were few good non-all-inclusive options near the dive centre. The hotel was full of families with small children, and it was almost impossible to get a lounger by the pool. There was music blaring out of large speakers by the pool area, making it impossible to relax and read a book (requests to lower the volume were ignored). The beach area is nice, but be aware that there is almost always a red flag for “dangerous swimming” (a very strong undercurrent that could pull you out easily). Food and drink at the hotel is very expensive.
