My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel. The hotel has a modern, upscale feel while still maintaining the relaxed atmosphere that makes Bacalar so special. Our room was comfortable, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location on the lagoon is outstanding. We spent time swimming right from the dock, rented kayaks, and used the hotel as our base for a historic lagoon boat tour. The views throughout the property are absolutely stunning. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed several meals there, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. While we also explored Bacalar’s local dining scene, it was always nice returning to the hotel to relax by the water. Although the hotel is a short drive from the town center, we actually appreciated the quieter setting. It provided the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Cristalino to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable lagoon-front hotel in Bacalar.

“Great place for couples”

The hotel seemed to be one of the best in town: good location, good food, nice rooms and killer wiew. The hotel staff was always friendly and available. My husband got really bad sun burn, and the hotel staff ordered the medicine we needed to ease the hell's itch from the sun. You really should p… lisää

The hotel seemed to be one of the best in town: good location, good food, nice rooms and killer wiew. The hotel staff was always friendly and available. My husband got really bad sun burn, and the hotel staff ordered the medicine we needed to ease the hell's itch from the sun. You really should protect your skin with clothes when swimming in the laguun and with sunblock elsewhere! Hotel's food and drinks were good and beautifully assembled, but maybe a little overprized comparing to other places we ate in! Location laguunwise was nice, because there was shallow in front of the hotel (the pontoontours also stopped to swim nearby) but also a deep cenote located right nearby making the view even better. We stayed for a week and explored the town every day by foot. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel!

“Chulada”

Very beautiful hotel—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent, although the prices were a bit high and the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

“Great experience”

Very good place to relax and enjoy a week by the lake. Rooms were amazing and clean, very comfortable beds. A great restaurant but have limited options and pricey. They have kayaks and paddle boards to use there!
