Condumel is great. It's a small condo community (10 units) that is located north of Hemigway's restaurant and south of the Puerto Abrigo Marina. The unit I stayed in was really nice. Condumel is great. It's a small condo community (10 units) that is located north of Hemigway's restaurant and south of the Puerto Abrigo Marina. The unit I stayed in was really nice. The on-site manager Clara is extremely personable and helpful with any questions you might have. It's about a 8 -10 minute cab ride to town. A big plus is the excellent reef in front of the place - a good fish population with healthy coral including colorful fire coral (still !). No problem entering, as the water is about 10 feet deep at the hard shore line. I'd definitely stay at Condumel again. Thanks Clara, and thanks to the owners!

“Fantastic service and location”

Been to Cozumel many times before. We’ve always south of the airport. This location north is iron shore which means no sand beaches. The hotel offers man made sand beach areas to relax. Been to Cozumel many times before. We’ve always south of the airport. This location north is iron shore which means no sand beaches. The hotel offers man made sand beach areas to relax. They have many loungers, benches and tables with palapas and even a grill for use. The rooms are very spacious for 2 , which is the recommended amount of adults. They do have limited parking right out front. The kitchen is stocked with not only appliances but food spirits and wine. We shopped for our supplies but if you stay without a car you would not need to leave. Clara our host surprised my wife with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our 21st anniversary. I would absolutely love to return.

Located about 10 minutes by bike or walking from all the popular places and restaurants. You've come to relax or to play in Cozumel; this place has it all. A crew of about 6 takes care of only 8 units, you will feel very comfortable here. BTW. This entire Island feels very safe, however CONDUMEL has a crew member guarding the place day or night.
