“Great staff and location - not perfect”

“Great hotel”
Excellent hotel in the town center. Very friendly welcome from the reception team. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and room, nice toiletries. “Solid voice, great location”
There isn’t much to criticize. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff are very personable and helpful. The amenities are adequate for a business-type hotel in the city center. “Good Central Location”
The actual entrance to the lobby of this hotel is a little hard to find as you need to take the elevator up a couple of floors from the street entrance, although there were no signs indicating this. “Average”
The hotel has a nice location but service is terrible Ac only made noise and didnt cool the toom it is being remodeled and horrible odor al over the floor like some solvent I was charged double by the apo and in the hotel they insisted and double charged me a headache to vet my money back
