The level of Yoga education provided by Dr. Chintamani and his team is exceptional. Perfectly structured asana and pranayama classes, alignment workshops, deep dive into the yoga philosophy or yoga anatomy classes lead by medical doctors. The environment of the academy has such a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. The facilities are of very high standards and the food? Balanced, nutritious and absolutely delicious! I spent two months studying at this beautiful place and the change I have undergone on a physical, mental and spiritual level is far beyond what I thought was possible in such a short time. I believe anyone will benefit from this amazing experience.

Very cool place to learn how to teach yoga. Everyone is very kind, food is good and surroundings are beautiful. Dr. Chintamani knows how to teach his subject and he is a funny guy. Definitely recommend.

Dr Chintamani was teaching with a lot of experience, knowledge and from his heart. The course itself was very well structured and pedagogically well prepared. Systematically we went through Pranayama, Asana, Theory, Philosophy and how to teach Yoga. The Asana sessions were well customised to fit all needs of each student. We explored our limits, sometimes groaned a bit or just deepened the breath and we never left a session without a small Buddha smile on our face. After 200h my body felt cleaner, more powerful, more flexible and my mind was more focused and happy. Beside the lessons in the quiet Yoga Academy we went together with Dr Chintamani on a field trip. We discovered Nepalese Mountains, experienced Yoga Live off the mat and had philosophical classes with tea and tasty local food in a small mountain hut. Apart from the course Chintamani always offered help, beginning from Visa, transport, Covid related questions and daily-life advice just like taxi, money exchange or pharmacy. Not to forget the food served was incredibly tasty, prepared with love and if any allergy or special food habit Basanti prepared a special food order. All in all I would do the course again right away and recommend the training from my heart.

This place is just beautiful, the views, the yoga lessons and the food are just amazing. I'm not the yoga type, but i really enoyed my stay (1 week). I also met awesome People from different parts of the world. The People that work there are very kind, helpful and really want you to feel like at home. The rooms are very minimalistic, but you have all you need. You can also go trekking to different temples and enjoy the beautiful views of the Nepalese mountains. If the weather is good you can trek to a place nearby and even see Mount Everest!!! I totally recommend this place and will most certainly return!
