My stay at Belanova was a great one as my expectation was exceeded Very Good COVID-Protocol No mask to entry-, Courteous staff and very calm and conducive ambience for business. Good security measures and a good sense of home comfort for a business trip. The rooms are very clean compare to other places I have stayed in Abuja as the room attendants cleans your room regular with bleach, WELL-DONE the HOUSEKEEPERS you are doing a wonderful job keeping the hotel always clean. The only down part of the hotel is the Lift (Elevator) which is tiny, not big enough for more than two people. All the equipment as in the rooms are working and the staffs are ever willing to help with anything you need Overall, I score the hotel 9/10 in time of cleanliness and 8/10 overall services I will definitely return and recommend. My first impression will last long, Well maintained and organized hotel. There is always someone to help, amazing smiling staff at the Front desk. The rooms are clean. dust free and hygienically take care of, the room attendant uses bleach for cleaning toilets and surfaces. Well-done I also love the fact that the toilet has stinger pipe connected to the W/C to clean-up, only few hotels this in their toilets,Though the bathroom was abit smaller The Food was tasty and we enjoyed our seafood Okra well prepared. This is a hidden gem in AbujaThe check-in was smooth and quick, The rooms are well designed and spacious andwell maintained and very clean and hygiene. The bed is comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows to relax you while in bed It was my birthday and my husband has booked and i was supposed to join him later in the evening and i was amazed with surprise and romantic gesture of the hotels staff particularly Housekeeping, My room was decorated with Swan and rose petals all over the bed to the bathroom and candle lit with a bottle of wine in as ice bucket and a birthday card.. This is one of the most romantic birthday i ever hadThe hotel staff are very efficient and professional and it was treat i never expected Your Hotel is one of the cleanest hotels in Abuja as i have stayed in some quite few hotels in AbujaThank You Belanova Management, We are considering this hotels for our Valentine treat comes February 14th

My honest review about my recent stay at Belanova Apartment which wasn't a great one,as i checked out disappointed and dissatisfied. I was on a business trip and stayed at Belanova Apartment, a day before i checked-out i ordered spaghetti in the evening after returning from the day activities,to my greatest surprises the spaghetti was tasteless,there was no single spices on the spaghetti,just spaghetti garnished with vegetable,i only tasted two spoon and got pissed off and then left the rest. The next morning i checked out disappointed,this is the second time i am having same bad experience with Belanoa food,my previous stay in August i ordered Egusi soup which tasted stale and also was not delicious,It was very disappointing considering the amount i paid to stay there. The room is very clean ,soft comfy bed smart TV and the staff are very nice and engaging particularly the Housekeeper who are doing a great job keeping the room clean and the the Front Desk team. I am sorry this review is coming late,Although I left a copy of the same review on the feedback form on the desk in the room hoping that the hotel will reach out to me. I will definitely return because of cleanliness and environment,but wont gamble with the hotel food anymore,as i will prefer to order food outside the hotel, i stayed in room 403 . I think the Chefs needs more training with regards to culinary skills and the management should look into this seriously,otherwise the hotel and a very beautiful property in a good location.
