“Great staff”
Stayed here two nights. Needed restaurant recommendations and trip to the emergency room. Both of the gentlemen at the desk were so helpful.

“Trendy, clean”
Beautiful view from the room. Breakfast ok, many empty items not refilled. About 1/2 hour walk (no rain if you are lucky) or 226 nok with taxi. Parking near by, pricey.

“Bad cleaning service and lack of facility”
The hotel did not provide service at all after 5 pm when we requested something and called the lobby, they told us to pick it up ourselves in the lobby. There is no kettle, no tea/coffee, utensils provided in the room at all. Cleaning service was not good 2nd day: they forgot to provide 2 towels in… lisää

“excellent location right by the fjord”
My stay coincided with a hotel staff strike, which meant limited breakfast, a closed restaurant, and no housekeeping. However, the hotel managed well by leaving fresh towels and toilet paper near the elevators for guests. The hotel itself is in an excellent location right by the fjord. It is just a… lisää
