“Good overall, but noisy reception”
I had a good experience overall, and the hotel is clean and welcoming. However, the reception could be more professional. “Not great”
Room was very tired, light switch was hanging off the wall exposing bare cables. Room dividers were worn with the plastic chipped off in large areas. Walls were grubby. No water in room on arrival. “Disappointing!”
Was expecting more from what looked like a “classy” boutique hotel. Half the dishes in the menu were not available and whatever was available, was mediocre.
