“Great hotel in the center”

Granadas Park Hotel is centrally located with many restaurants a few steps away. My room was very big with an equally big bathroom, although the interior a bit dated. Very well maintained, though. Granadas Park Hotel is centrally located with many restaurants a few steps away. My room was very big with an equally big bathroom, although the interior a bit dated. Very well maintained, though. Electrical power outlets were hidden behind cupboards. I guess older hotels have not kept up with charging smartphones and other gadgets. The outlets were there, just hidden. TV was excellent with many foreign language channels. Breakfast was good with fruits, different kind of breads, meat, cheeses, eggs and bacon. The bar on the ground floor showed nostalgic music on the TV, which I found fantastic.

“Very good hotel”

Quite conveniently located, downtown Asunción. Close to main attractions, shopping and restaurants, Good and comfortable rooms. Professional and competent. Excellent breakfast. Meals service to be improved.

“Could have been better”

This is a lovely property in Asuncion but needs some airing out and refreshing. The service in the bar was spotty, the breakfast okay, but the service in the spa area was quite good and attentive. It was not the best location but nearby were a couple of nice restaurants and a coffee shop.

“Adequate for two nights”

Stayed two nights end of June in extremely large junior suite Luxo with numerous objets d'art. Good lighting, clean, tv with only BBC news, CNN, TNT in English. Stayed two nights end of June in extremely large junior suite Luxo with numerous objets d'art. Good lighting, clean, tv with only BBC news, CNN, TNT in English. Coffee making facility, no English breakfast tea. Bathroom large, clean, but cracked toilet seat. Broken bulb in room's entry lobby not replaced despite request. Main complaint about otherwise good room was the 'boiling couldron' sound coming from behind a door in the lobby area with a sticker DO NOT OPEN DOOR. This NOISE was 24/7, not affected by turning a/c on or off. A man came and stated it was 'normal'. Well! Corridors dressed in mixed Colonial/Asian style, similar to bar/restaurant. Only one Bell Boy and Receptionists spoke English. Bar staff understood my Spanish first day but different staff second day walked away and ignored me! Bell Boy came to my assistance and told me the staff spoke local dialect. Being winter the hotel was not busy so the small pool area looked desolate and depressing. Hotel four blocks from river. Free shuttle to OR from airport BUT must be requested, otherwise 33 US dollars.
