“Good Location, Helpful Staff”
Just 3 or 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, El Cumbe was a pleasant refuge and welcoming home during our four days in Cajamarca. We enjoyed the breakfasts and received good guidance and assistance planning our excursions to Cumbe Mayo and the Inka Baths.

“Cultural trip”
Spending two nights in this hotel was very nice. Nicest people working here during my 3-country trip, very friendly miss, nicely quiet and taking great care of people. In a quieter street but very near to the city's central square (5 minutes walk). Definitely recommended!

“Family inn”
This is a cozy family run inn. I appreciated that the owners were so helpful to during my stay. Wonderful breakfast.. You request what you want! For some people this is a couple of blocks to walk up hill but I see it as good exercise and conditioning for treks I felt very welcome here when I return… lisää

“Nice people, few shortcomings”
Not far from center, but quiet. Located up the hill- so you've to be fit or take a cab. Rooms are quite simple but o.k. Inner rooms lack privacy. Breakfast is average at the most. Service is sometimes slow.
