“Spectacular morning scenery and impeccable property and service.”

Property is beautiful, service is excellent, casitas are spacious and well appointed. Only negative is feeling a little isolated as nothing is nearby.

This was our home base for The Sacred Valley, and it was an excellent place to stay. It is located between Cusco and Machu Picchu. This hacienda-style hotel had individual cottages for each room that were spacious and included a patio with spectacular views of the valley. One afternoon we sat on our patio and had a glass of wine while enjoying the view and some down time. The restaurant and breakfast included were excellent. One thing to note - It is a bit of a walk to the cottages, or you can call and have a golf cart pick up and drop you off from the hotel entrance. It is a good place to start acclimating to higher elevations. We recommend this property as you explore this region.

“Beautiful hotel and setting”

We spent two nights at this beautiful hotel. When we first arrived we were assigned room 6 but the room was roasting hot due to a problem with the bathroom underfloor heating. We spent two nights at this beautiful hotel. When we first arrived we were assigned room 6 but the room was roasting hot due to a problem with the bathroom underfloor heating. The staff kindly moved us to room 9 which was perfect. We ate dinner at the hotel on two evenings and the food and service were fantastic. Carmen was very pleasant. The hotel runs a complimentary stargazing excursion every evening. On our second night there were no clouds and we enjoyed amazing views of the stars, satellites and the milky way. Walking in the mountains in the dark with candle lit lamps was a truly memorable experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the food is delicious and the views are amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this stylish hotel and we'd love to return one day.

Great setting with very large casita rooms and grand interiors especially in the public areas. Views can be great across the valley to the mountains but not if blocked by trees so ask for a view! Great setting with very large casita rooms and grand interiors especially in the public areas. Views can be great across the valley to the mountains but not if blocked by trees so ask for a view! The hotel was very quiet with only a couple of rooms occupied so lacked some atmosphere but to be expected. Couple of gripes - we didn’t find a safe in the room and there was definitely no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Pleasant stay though and we were grateful for the staffs assistance when taken ill.
