I had a really great stay at ibis styles lima benavides miraflores, and what truly made it special was the staff. Late one evening I realized I had lost the jewelry from a piercing and needed to replace it quickly before the hole closed. I found a local piercer willing to send a replacement piece by courier, but as a visitor from the U.S., I ran into a problem — none of my usual payment apps (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal) worked locally. That’s when the hotel team stepped in to help. Alexandra and Kristian were the first to assist me. They helped communicate with the vendor in Spanish and worked with me to coordinate the arrangements. They were incredibly patient and kind while we figured everything out. Camilla at the front desk was also amazing. She made sure I understood that sending payment to a vendor I hadn’t met required trust and gently cautioned me so I could make a safe and informed decision. I really appreciated that she was looking out for me. The support didn’t stop there. Kristian even waited with me for the courier to arrive, which was such a thoughtful gesture. When the jewelry finally came, Camilla and Kristian helped me put the new earring in, since the piercing had already started to close. That level of care for a guest is something you rarely see. Beyond the incredible staff, the hotel itself was perfect for my stay in Miraflores. The rooms are simple but very clean, with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The room is basic but has everything you need. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was important because I was doing video meetings during my stay and had no connection issues at all. The hotel also has great amenities: A rooftop bar with a beautiful view A first-floor coffee bar and restaurant And there’s even a Starbucks right next door, which is super convenient. I spent my days working from the hotel and then walking around Miraflores in the evenings — it’s a great area to explore. Another big plus: the front desk is open 24 hours, which makes everything easy when you’re traveling. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is great, the Wi-Fi is reliable for work — but most importantly, the staff (Camilla, Kristian, and Alexandra) truly go above and beyond to take care of guests.

The hotel was comfortable and clean with good service from all workers. There are amenities close by and I had a good night's sleep on each of the days I stayed there. We arrived straight from the airport before check in time and the staff was kind enough to see if there was a room available. We immediately made to our room, that was cozy, light, with enough space for 2 people and our luggage. The bathroom was standard ibis, and breakfast was good, with enough variety of food. The room had hair dryer and body wash in the shower and soap at the sink in big dispenser. The towels were fluffy and smelled nice, so did the linens. The only problem was with the water glass at the sink, that was used… The location was really good with restaurants next door, and walking distance to a variety of touristic locations

“Breakfast is awful the eggs are so watery. Some of the front desk people are rude especially the one with the bad wig.”

This is super basic hotel. Some of the front desk people are rude and most don’t speak English. The location has really nothing around it
