“Wonderful owners and hotel”
This is THE place to stay. We dealt with Antonio who is a wonderful man. Warm, helpful, and a sense of humor. The hotel is comfortable, clean, secure, and quiet. “It was fantastic!”
This hotel is perfect. Ideally clean and neat. The hosts are very careful and we felt ourselves at home. This hotel is hospitable at any time of the day: we checked in at 6am and this moment was saving for us! Thanks to the hosts! My recomendation!

“Good all round”
The hotel is in a very good location although the last 100m are tough up hill. The rooms are clean and the shower works well. The room can get cold but the owner has a heater which he brings to you. “Very helpful owners in a nice, small hotel”
Antonio and Livia are such nice and helpful hosts. The basic accommodation and location were forgotten with the attention we got from them both. My wife was suffering from altitude sickness but they helped, advised and encouraged to make things better. Taxis were called, trips were booked - nothing… lisää

“Great base in Puno ”
We stayed for two nights on a short visit to Puno. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and speak good English- we organised our Lake Titicaca tour with them and it was great and at a very good price and they also helped with taxis and bus tickets.
