Hotel and apartments are on the top of a 200m high hill, which gives great 360° views on the Monchique and Alentejo landscape. It inlcudes free parking before the apartment/hotel. The apartment was spacy and equipped with a full kitchen. Heating and Cooling works rapidly. The terasse is southwards orientated. We booked breakfast, which offers a good choice of local food. The service is individual. Umberto and his family are very friendly, helpful and speak good English and other languages.

A stunning location for this very friendly family run accommodation. The apartment was spacious, modern & serviced to a very high standard. A car is essential to explore the surrounding areas with a 45min drive to the stunning quiet beaches on the Atlantic coast. A lovely pool area to relax in & a bar/restaurant serving authentic Portuguese food of the region is within a 5min walk. A beautiful place to stay if you like peace and quiet. Can't wait to return for my 3rd visit next year.

Away from the crowds of southern Portugal, deep in the heart of unspoiled rural part of the country. Time had stopped there. Perhaps that's why shrewd residents of Algarve are seeking refuge among the hills and away from tourist prices. Vera and her husband are making everything possible and impossible to create very authentic and yet very comfortable experience for their guests. From fantastic breakfast to complimentary glass of wine...Highly recommend to see if for what it is, a rustic farm house that was opened for those who look for peace and serenity. By any means it is not a place for those who are looking for Glamping. It is a new kind of luxury where suffocating urban dwellers can unplug from their crazy pace and watch sunsets and sunrises from the garden on the top of the hill.

This small property located away from big cities, is a good spot to chill out for a few days. Just sun, swimming pool and enjoying a relaxing time. This hotel offers bedrooms, that includes breakfast, good breakfast indeed. Or one bedroom flats with terrace and kitchen. Another good feature of this spot, is a local restaurant, literally 1 minute away by car, where we ate good food, decent price and very friendly staff as well. Great spot also, to who wants to explore the area, but being enough away from big cities and packed areas.
