So glad I chose the Nicola Rossio Hotel. I have to start by giving a special mention to the staff and how friendly, helpful and welcoming they are! Then an extra special mention to my hero, Daniela. I was unfortunately pick pocketed and Daniela went above and beyond to help me in getting in contact with the police so that a report could be taken. While I was frazzled and distressed, she took charge and reassured me she would help me get it sorted. If it had not been for her compassion and strength in supporting me so I could regain my composure the outcome may have been different, thankfully because of her help I got my passport back and none of my cards were accesses, which was an amazing outcome. Thank you Daniela. The location is prime, I chose to book a superior room and got an amazing view of Rossio Plaza and St George Castle. I loved that I arrived early, and for a small fee, had early check in offered. I staying for 10 nights and loved opening my windows and being able to sit and enjoy the fresh morning air and view with a cup of coffee. There is easy access to transport including Uber pick up spots. There is a supermarket that also offers hot foods less than 100m away, a pharmacy and health food store are also available in the same block. With the windows closed the room is very quiet, you wouldn't know you were in the middle of the city. The hotel is very clean, and housekeeping do an amazing job. I found the bed to the most comfortable in my entire trip because it felt a bit like my bed at home. The bathroom is modern and they have extra hot water with great water pressure in the shower.

“Lovely hote. Great location.”

This is a really lovely boutique hotel in an excellent area. The staff were first class throughout our stay and I would definitel return. Our only criticism was the breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were inedible and a hotel of this quality should be providing much better. Have breakfast somewhere e… lisää

“Lovely Central Lisbon Hotel”

The Nicola Rossio was a great central location for a weekend with friends in Lisbon. Close to all the tourist locations and with plenty of nearby cafes and bars it was ideal. The Nicola Rossio was a great central location for a weekend with friends in Lisbon. Close to all the tourist locations and with plenty of nearby cafes and bars it was ideal. We stopped on a room only basis and the rooms were very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and we intend to stay again on our next trip to Lisbon.

An amazing hotel with a fantastic location and truly outstanding staff who go above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well looked after. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed—it was absolutely perfect in every way. What really made our stay special was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. My husband had a fall at work before we flew out, and they were incredibly thoughtful, regularly checking in on him and making sure he was comfortable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine care meant a lot to us. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, and it really does feel like a hidden gem. Every detail is clearly well thought out, and the level of service is second to none. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. We will most definitely be returning—highly recommended!
