A lovely few days at this hotel. It is furnished well and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is very good and and we enjoyed the relatively small indoor pool/sauna. A lovely few days at this hotel. It is furnished well and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is very good and and we enjoyed the relatively small indoor pool/sauna. Staff were really helpful - especially Mateus on the door and the bar/dining staff. We found the room a little too warm & there was no meals we could order besides lunch/snacks. Out of hotel turn right & right again to a very good Italian restaurant - good prices & atmosphere. Overall lived up to it's excellent reviews & would fully recommend.

Our third stay at Luster Hotel Lisbon and somehow it just keeps getting better. From the moment we arrived, the staff were nothing short of incredible. Every small request we had was handled quickly and thoughtfully, but more importantly, with genuine care. You really feel listened to here — something that’s rare even in top hotels. The team consistently goes above and beyond, and it makes all the difference. Breakfast, as always, was outstanding. The variety is huge and everything is fresh and beautifully prepared. We opted for room service and were so glad we did — the restaurant team were superb. The omelettes were delicious, alongside fresh vegetables, fruit, crepes, and the highlight for me: freshly squeezed orange juice every single morning. The spa and pool facilities are excellent. We made sure to use them as much as possible — everything is spotless, with fresh towels and gowns provided each time, which adds to the whole relaxing experience. Our room — our usual favourite with a city view — was perfect. Spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed is super cosy, and the automated blinds, lighting, and air conditioning make everything effortless. The shower feels properly luxurious, with beautiful Clarins products for both showering and handwashing. A huge mention must go to the housekeeping team — the room was immaculate every time we returned. That consistency really stands out. Special thanks to Gabriel, Mateus, and Maria — and apologies for not remembering every name, but every single member of staff was equally amazing. They are a big reason we continue to return and confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. It truly offers a luxury, professional experience in a trendy, VIP-feeling area, very close to the city centre. Also, thank you to the restaurant manager for the lovely conversation, and to Mr. Lopes for seeing us off — a true gentleman, as always. We’ll definitely be back again.

“Well appointed modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.”

Fantastic modern hotel with gym, spa, comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was generous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Located close to Saldanha metro station and Lisbon city centre is within a 40 minute walk but don’t let that put you off. The walk to the city centre is down… lisää

Fantastic modern hotel with gym, spa, comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was generous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Located close to Saldanha metro station and Lisbon city centre is within a 40 minute walk but don’t let that put you off. The walk to the city centre is downhill so what we did was get the metro back if we didn’t fancy the walk uphill back to the hotel.
