“Don't look further in Lisboa...the Sublime Hotel is it!”

Although my stay was only for one night, it was my second time staying at the Sublime Hotel Lisboa. The professionalism, kindness and friendliness of the team are a trifecta. This is the ONLY hotel I will stay it when in Lisboa and shall recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at the Sublime Lisboa both at the beginning and end of our trip, and everything about our experience was fabulous. The staff members were friendly and incredibly helpful. Both rooms were distinctive, spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. The location was very convenient, quiet, and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We're considering a return visit to Lisbon just to stay at the hotel again.

After a 5 day stay at the Sublime Lisboa, we know where the name and all the stellar reviews come from. To say our stay was sublime would be an understatement. First, the service was unparalleled. Renato, the Front Office Manager, went above and beyond for us - even arranging for me to see a local doctor and offering to go the pharmacy for us. He and his colleagues had great recommendations for us, and they all made us feel that no request was too big or small. The rooms were charming and extremely comfortable. We had a Sublime suite with a beautiful terrace - the room had lots of thoughtful touches including a welcome gift and a Dyson hairdryer. We had high expectations for the restaurant, Davvero, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even those expectations were exceeded with excellent food and superior service - a special shout out to Beatriz and Mario who took such good care of us. We ended up eating most of our meals at Davvero. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Regular client since long time at Sublim Comporta that we loved, we were really disappointing during our stay during Christmas time 2025. This place is just an average 4 stars hotel but not at all the service & client experience you expected from a 5 * hotel. I made a complaint twice because the Christmas Eve menu for 2 charge 180 euros was just basic, no tasty, pasta too cooked, dishes half cold & presentation not refined at all. I couldn't it my dinner at all on the Christmas Eve which is a real shame. Nobody cares to find us a better solutions during the dinner & after when I wrote twice to the Hôtel Manager to ask for a dinner refund. She just proposed us 25 % discount on the next meal to compensate. Sorry to say that Sublime Lisboa lost 2 very good potential client as I travel there regularly for business. They have no clue what a proper client experience means and are to stubord in finding a right solution for us. Client experience has nothing to do with money but with client satisfaction!!! Truly disappointing. We will not come back again!!!
