“Perfect Hotel”

Great hotel, less than 15 minutes walk from the metro station (it is up hill a bit to the hotel). It’s about a 10 minute walk to the start of the top sites in Porto. Really nice rooms, plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Very clean and looked after with a large bathroom with separate toilet… lisää

Really nice rooms, plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Very clean and looked after with a large bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again and look for hotels of the same brand elsewhere. The area the hotel is based in doesn’t really have many tourist amenities but it’s only a short walk to get to any

“Great hotel with friendly staff”

Very welcoming and friendly hotel. Staff are great on reception and throughout the hotel. Very quiet away from busy city centre. Nice seating area outside. Used Uber to get into historical centre rather than walk the 25 minutes or so, cost typically Euro 5. Standard room was small but well appointe… lisää

Used Uber to get into historical centre rather than walk the 25 minutes or so, cost typically Euro 5. Standard room was small but well appointed and in good condition, easy to use TV and nice bathroom. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. Porto is a wonderful city and very relaxing as is this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

We booked this hotel for a cheap long weekend getaway to Porto, paying just under £200 for three nights in one of their standard 'King bed' rooms. With that cost in mind, we weren't expecting too much, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a relatively short 10 minute uphill walk from Trindade station. We were happy to compromise on location for the lower price, but we had no issues at all walking down into Porto every morning. Being a little further out, it made us stay out in the city, rather than keep coming back to the hotel room and wasting time! We were politely greeted and checked into our room over two hours early at no additional cost! We only went to drop our bags, but our room was already prepared. Very easy check-in, very informative, and complimentary iced tea and port wine available to help yourselves - very nice touch! The reception is also 24 hour and your room key card is required to operate the lift, another nice touch for safety! The room itself was exactly as the photos and quite a bit bigger in real life. Nicely decorated, nicely lit with defused lighting, very comfortable bed and nice to have a mini balcony to stand and watch the world go by, even in the chilly November air. The shower was spacious and hot, with nice amenities and a separate room for the toilet to keep the smells away from the bathroom! A bit strange that there's a window between the shower room and the bedroom, with the controls on the bedroom size, depends what you're into I suppose ;) Our room was serviced daily with replenished water bottles too, even though we told the cleaner on the way out it really wasn't necessary, so a very nice surprise when we got back in the evening! All in all we had a wonderful stay in this hotel which is outstanding value for money considering the quality of the room and service received. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Porto.

Stayed 3 nights here with a friend for a weekend in Porto. My third time in Porto. Nice little hotel. Friendly staff, clean, nice little breakfast, easy to get around. Only one small water bottle in the room - make it at least a big one! Especially as it is summer. No tea in room. Only 2 coffees. W… lisää

Only one small water bottle in the room - make it at least a big one! Especially as it is summer. No tea in room. Only 2 coffees. Welcome card/greeting in the room had the name of a completely different customer. Prefer a separate bathroom instead of it being open and mirrors all around without privacy. Room was quiet and wifi strong. Nice hotel.
