Every single staff member was a joy! We stayed for four nights and received the best service we've had in a very long time. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The A/C functioned well. The rooms were quiet, the beds comfortable. All were VERY clean. The location of the hotel was excellent for 1st time visitors placing you close to all tour centers and boats. A little far from the bus station, but the metro in the bus station gets you close to the hotel, or you can take a taxi for no more than 20€.

“Fab boutique hotel in historic location”

Lovely hotel in an ideal location. It is in the historic old town and very close to the river. A short walk through the tunnel to your left brings you out to the iron bridge where you can cross on foot to the other side of the river and all the port houses. Lovely hotel in an ideal location. It is in the historic old town and very close to the river. A short walk through the tunnel to your left brings you out to the iron bridge where you can cross on foot to the other side of the river and all the port houses. The hotel is an historic building tastefully updated to a modern, clean and smart boutique style accommodation, while still retaining its historic features. Rooms are pleasant with good en suite facilities. Just be aware that hanging space is restricted with little to no shelving/cupboard space. This is fine for a short city break but means the room looks a bit cluttered when you’ve unpacked. This detracts from the clean lines they have created in the room. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast is excellent. There is a range of continental style cheeses, breads, meats, yoghurts, pastries and fruits and hot food is cooked to order - eggs or omelettes cooked with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, cheese or any combination of these ingredients. We went as two couples and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel.

“Very happy!”

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location, clean rooms and nice design. At night a little loud because of late-stage pupal males who make loud motor bike sounds and think they are very cool. The breakfast staff is very friendly, too. All in all very happy, thank you!
