We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful, the room was bright with an excellent view, and thanks to the soundproof windows it was wonderfully quiet. We also appreciated the coffee and delicious tea provided in the room, as well as the tasty and satisfying breakfast. I’d especially like to mention the restaurant - it offers an incredible view and the service was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. The location is very convenient, and the hotel itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully designed.

This hotel is an absolute gem, and choosing it for our anniversary was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Nuno, who welcomed us at check-in and looked after us again at check-out. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care are exactly what you would expect from a world-class five-star hotel. He truly made us feel valued. Another heartfelt thank you to Ana, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. Her kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful touches made our stay feel incredibly special. We are so grateful for everything she did to help create such wonderful memories. The food throughout our stay was excellent. If you’re booking, I highly recommend including breakfast—there is an incredible selection with something for everyone, and it’s the perfect way to start the day. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is perfectly positioned with two easy routes to the iconic bridge, saving plenty of walking while allowing you to explore Porto with ease. Being on the riverside also means you can enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets. The terrace is simply stunning—the perfect place to relax with a glass of bubbly while taking in the views. There are also countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. If you’re planning a trip to Porto, don’t hesitate—book this hotel. Amazing hotel, built into the hill side of the Douro river valley. The views are stunning. Location is lovely as you have a choice of bridges to cross to the other side. Amazing hotel, built into the hill side of the Douro river valley. The views are stunning. Location is lovely as you have a choice of bridges to cross to the other side. And lots of restaurants near the hotel. Just ignore the tram noise, you soon accept it. The breakfast is the best bit with a massive fruit counter and pasties. They will cook you virtually anything you ask, the staff try hard to create delighted customers. Ana Gomes - Guest Experience Manager is warm and cares deeply about her guests. That culture you find in most staff you come across. Our room was clean, everything worked and they even got us nice soft pillows when requested. The lobby bar makes top class daiquiris.
