“World Class Hotel”
2nd time for me coming to this beautiful hotel. From the feeling you get upon arrival, the reception staff, restaurant and bars with extraordinary views, fabulous rooms and great access to the upper and lower levels of Porto - it’s amazing. “Spectacular views and warm staff, but noisy metro trains.”
We had a good stay here. The room was comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the views from the hotel are absolutely spectacular. The only downside is the noise from the trains crossing the bridge every few minutes. Overall, still a great experience if you want a beautiful vantage point.

“Beautiful bridge view”
This is a very nice property, very well located to explore Porto (and Vila Nova de Gaia). The view to the Bridge/River is fabulous. The rooms are relatively small but, very pleasant and functional. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

“Absolutely fabulous hotel, with spectacular views”
Perfect location with a mind blowing view! Staff were all incredibly helpful and there were so many of them you never had to wait, especially at reception. Breakfast was fabulous with the staff going above and beyond for us. We all loved every minute here and we will be back!

“The view”
This review is for having drinks out on their terrace, which is by the Ponte Luiz bridge. The view is great, except the occasional trams passing. They use Stölzle Lausitz stem. The lobby is tastefully decorated, overlooking the Douro. Bathrooms need the key to access.
