We understand that rooms on the opposite side from ours experience noice from the tram and other traffic, but we enjoyed quiet nights in good beds. (Mattresses a bit hard).

“Fabulous hotel”

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. It’s spotlessly clean and our room was very quiet. Breakfast is good, excellent eggs Benedict. I stayed from January 24th to 27th, and this was my third visit in 5 months Ewa at reception was absolutely wonderful. Maceik, the night concierge, is an exceptional person. When we arrived at midnight, our room was freezing, and Maceik immediately found a solution and relocated us with a glass of sparkling wine until the next day so we could move to another room with separate beds. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The breakfast is exceptional, and the entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. We will definitely be back very soon. “Great hotel, friendly staff, good location”

Great location and lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly. We asked for a quiet room and got a spacious attic type room with high windows we couldn’t see out of on the 5th floor, but really spacious and quiet so very happy with it. Free tea, coffee and water in the room. We ate breakfast one day… lisää

Great location and lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly. We asked for a quiet room and got a spacious attic type room with high windows we couldn’t see out of on the 5th floor, but really spacious and quiet so very happy with it. Free tea, coffee and water in the room. We ate breakfast one day and it was good, plenty of choice. We were out and about most days so grabbed a coffee and croissant out, as there are plenty of bakeries in town. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on that. We didn’t use the spa either as when we went down to look, it was super busy so not for us. The only thing I would say is that this hotel allows dogs. My husband is allergic to dogs so when we went into the hotel bar and saw a dog curled up on one of the chairs, it put us off a little. I don’t think pets should be allowed in bars and restaurants, as I don’t want to sit on an upholstered chair that’s just been vacated by a dog. I just think signs need to be put up around the public areas in the hotel about this. We didn’t encounter any in the breakfast restaurant thank goodness. I would definitely recommend the hotel though.
