Excellent stay here with my teenage son. The leisure facilities were outstanding and we enjoyed spending time in here. Excellent stay here with my teenage son. The leisure facilities were outstanding and we enjoyed spending time in here. We enjoyed a walk along the river to get to the Old Town although it was a couple of miles away. When we needed to get to the centre quickly we used scooters which were great fun and the trams were very efficient and just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was really lovely but a little expensive in comparison to eating out at other restaurants.

A 30 min journey by taxi from the airport and a 5 min walk to the tram line which gets you into the old town in 7 stops, this hotel is ideally situated for visiting Krakow. A 30 min journey by taxi from the airport and a 5 min walk to the tram line which gets you into the old town in 7 stops, this hotel is ideally situated for visiting Krakow. The rooms are large, well presented and clean. There is a swimming pool and the breakfast choice was excellent with a very large buffet. For the quality I could not believe how cheap it was. Would definitely use again.

“Good, well priced stay”

Very new hotel, and the only office complex which is surrounded by offices also new. Had to go visit two trams to get to railway station and the old town and other local attractions but a cheap taxi or Uber. Eating options close by, good service . Can’t really fault , good gym facilities but busy. … lisää

This was a lovely hotel that was modern, clean and the restaurant food was very good indeed - the Bigos and apple pudding being highly recommended. The buffet breakfast was decent - not the best I've had by a long stretct but also far from the worst. However, the pool and facilities were not to the level we were expecting.. young kids allowed in the hot tub / jacuzzi, too many swimming lanes for a small pool also. My partner got burnt badly on the infrared sauna. There were no notes to say don't lean against the (what we thought) protective grill and within a split second she was badly burnt and required treatment, to which in fairness, the kind gym/pool staff helped with. We have never known an infrared sauna so dangerous - they should have notices or replace with something that works as a protective grill. Overall it was good and I would probably stay again at the right price.
