This was a lovely hotel that was modern, clean and the restaurant food was very good indeed - the Bigos and apple pudding being highly recommended. This was a lovely hotel that was modern, clean and the restaurant food was very good indeed - the Bigos and apple pudding being highly recommended. The buffet breakfast was decent - not the best I've had by a long stretct but also far from the worst. However, the pool and facilities were not to the level we were expecting.. young kids allowed in the hot tub / jacuzzi, too many swimming lanes for a small pool also. My partner got burnt badly on the infrared sauna. There were no notes to say don't lean against the (what we thought) protective grill and within a split second she was badly burnt and required treatment, to which in fairness, the kind gym/pool staff helped with. We have never known an infrared sauna so dangerous - they should have notices or replace with something that works as a protective grill. Overall it was good and I would probably stay again at the right price.

“Nice rooms, bad service at restaurant and reception”

Hotel room was nice and big. No amenities in room. Others in group booked same type of room but got a bath instead of a shower. Service in restaurant slow (we were the only people in there), and then brought out the wrong order on both main and dessert, on two different nights. Finally, ordered a t… lisää

Hotel room was nice and big. No amenities in room. Others in group booked same type of room but got a bath instead of a shower. Service in restaurant slow (we were the only people in there), and then brought out the wrong order on both main and dessert, on two different nights. Finally, ordered a taxi through the hotel to the airport, for 7 people (price and van confirmed) - a taxi for 2 people turned up, and hotel then said it wasn’t their problem.
