My husband and I spent two nights at the Flaner Hotel. I am so glad I found this hotel, as it was perfect in every way. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. The rooms are beautiful, with everything you could ever need - including an iron and ironing board! The staff are all exceptionally helpful, friendly, polite and efficient. We ate in the hotel on the first night and the food was delicious and great value. The breakfast is also excellent, with both à la carte options, as well as a buffet - it is fantastic value. We would totally recommend the Flaner Hotel and it will be our hotel of choice when we return to Warsaw. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so fabulous!

“Lovely hotel”

What a terrific hotel…so good we decided to stay again. We were booked in at the beginning of our holiday, just for one night. We were due to stay at another hotel on the way back from the centre of Poland. We found this hotel so lovely, the staff, the bar, the breakfast, but most especially the deeply comfortable bed and pillows, that we decided to swap back to staying at this hotel for our return night stop. I just can’t begin to tell you how wonderously comfortable I found the bed, firm enough to support, but so soft that I sank into it - I wanted to take the bed home with me. The staff were very welcoming, we arrived early on day 1. Our room wasn’t ready (no surprise as we really were very early), however the lady at reception took my phone number and sent a WhatsApp when the room was good to go - which wasn’t much later on. On our return, our travel agent (Lee Munn at Travel Counsellors, he’s brilliant by the way) had requested an early check in. We arrived back at 11.30am to find the room was indeed ready - the same fantastic bed and the same lovely staff. The rooms are lovely, we had two different ones. Fabulous walk in shower with a proper sliding door which means that the floor doesn’t flood, tons of room to shower in and excellent water pressure. Mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Only thing lacking was milk. Otherwise everything you could need, iron/board, safe, hair dryer plenty of hangers (for a change). Very clean, quiet. Lovely little bar area with great bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel - also there is a little pizza place just over the road and down the hill on the corner, about a minute walk away, absolutely brilliant pizza (that’s all they do) and even at 4.30 on a Wednesday they were busy.

Everything perfect and impeccable. The breakfast is delicious. Special thanks to the amazing and helpful staff Magdalena and Piotr, they really helped me out when I had trouble with my flight and all. Highly Recommend!

I recently stayed at Flaner Hotel, WorldHotels Crafted for two nights with my husband while attending a Hyrox fitness competition in Warsaw. The hotel is undeniably stylish and very well located, which made it a convenient choice for our trip. Our room, while on the smaller side, was thoughtfully designed and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was a highlight—modern, clean, and stocked with lovely Rituals products. We also appreciated the Nespresso coffee and selection of herbal teas in the room. Breakfast, however, was quite limited, and communication with staff proved challenging due to minimal English. Ordering from the à la carte menu was inconsistent and at times frustrating. Unfortunately, what really impacted our experience—and ultimately means we would not return—was how the hotel handled a private conference during our stay. On our second day, both the bar and restaurant were closed for this event. This was not communicated to us in advance or even at check-in, despite being key amenities that influenced our booking decision. When we raised the issue, the response from staff was dismissive and unhelpful, with no apology or attempt to offer any form of resolution. This was particularly disappointing given that we were part of a larger group of guests who had collectively spent a significant amount to stay at the hotel. It’s a real shame, as the property itself has a lot going for it. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression. Because of this, I would not recommend staying here.
