It was my first time in Szczecin. Top location of the hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff and great food. Dont miss this place!

Lovely Hotel in a great location. We booked 1 night bed & breakfast in this circus themed hotel. The room was really spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view of the castle steps. Lovely Hotel in a great location. We booked 1 night bed & breakfast in this circus themed hotel. The room was really spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view of the castle steps. The only negative thing for me is how small the towels are in the bathroom. The bath towel is not much bigger than a hand towel. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice of cereals, cold meats, cooked breakfast including sausages, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The hotel is in a great location with one of the old squares behind it. I would stay here again as it's a lovely hotel and great value for money.

“Not the best experience, but hotel okay.”

Checking in was a nightmare. A group in front of us had an issue which meant we were stood for about 45 minutes at midnight. We understand this happens , but no acknowledgment from staff whatsoever when he got to us. We booked a room with 2 singles, and had been given a room with only a double. A… lisää

Checking in was a nightmare. A group in front of us had an issue which meant we were stood for about 45 minutes at midnight. We understand this happens , but no acknowledgment from staff whatsoever when he got to us. We booked a room with 2 singles, and had been given a room with only a double. At this point we were too tired after a day of travel to go back to reception and wait again. During the stay we noticed there was room service, but the room / website did not have a menu that we could find. The seal under the shower screen was loose which meant when having a shower, water would pour all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise room was clean, comfy beds. Nice options for breakfast and hotel in a good location. Based off above experience however, we probably won’t be back.

Contacted the hotel weeks prior to arrival. Requested the early check in time. Was told via email that they could accommodate my request!? Upon arrival was told that early check in time was actually 11am and a room was not ready. Staff scoffed and said there was obviously not going to be a room rea… lisää

Contacted the hotel weeks prior to arrival. Requested the early check in time. Was told via email that they could accommodate my request!? Upon arrival was told that early check in time was actually 11am and a room was not ready. Staff scoffed and said there was obviously not going to be a room ready at 10am (reason for email weeks previous) went for walk and then upon returning at 11am room still not ready 🙄 Room and hotel are quite nice and modern and location is perfect to explore Szczecin. Air conditioning non existent. Air conditioning in polish with no English translation. Essentially useless. Housekeeping really bad, basically threw the duvet roughly back over the bed. New towels but given two medium size towels and two small hand towels, not enough for a family of three. One pillow each no extra pillows. Breakfast was lovely but extremely busy. Staff in the hotel were surly to say the least, I would say actually rude. Two male reception staff friendly but most others unapproachable, especially the breakfast manager who I would say shouldn't be working in any public facing environment. Would we stay again, no. Unless you get this hotel at an extremely favourable rate I'd avoid.
