“Housekeeping”
Tanvir Ahmad is a very responsible hotel employee, doing his job meticulously and being very attentive to all requests. After his cleaning of the room, I have no complaints about his work.

“Breakfast at The Element”
The breakfast spread could be improved to include rice/noodles/. But the staff are kind and always with a smile- seeing Thakshila every morning was a pleasant encounter.

“My time at Element”
I continue to experience a very welcoming and friendly environment here. The hospitality has never stopped after 19 months here.one of the most consistent places I have ever stayed. Breakfast is never a disappointment, can be crowded at times however they always seem to manage.
