Housekeeping Team: Supervisor Rahish paid meticulous attention to our room, and we also greatly appreciated the excellent work of Kulwant, Mohammad, Ramkumar, and Paing Front Desk Team: Anna was extremely warm, nice and helpful. Throughout this time, I have truly felt at home. The level of service, care, and attention provided has been exceptional, and I have never once felt alone, even being far from my family. The environment you have created is not just professional, but genuinely warm and welcoming. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hanan from Sales Manager. Her kindness, positive energy, and thoughtful gestures—such as remembering special occasions—have made a significant difference in my experience. She has created a sense of belonging that goes far beyond expectations and has truly made me feel like part of a family. In fact, I can sincerely say that a large part of my decision to continue staying here is due to the sincere, caring, and family-like atmosphere created by her and the entire management team.
