I brought a group of 43 persons to stay in this hotel for 3 nights to visit local world war 1 sites in the area. The staff Barbara, Fanny and Denis were very helpful and friendly. Many more that I didnt get the names of. Rooms are of a good size with modern style furniture and air conditioning. Full length mirror, hairdryer and fridge in the room very useful. Bathrooms very spacious and powerful shower. High quality towels and Soak toiletries range provided. Bedrooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is buffet style and great to see the English breakfast served alongside fruit, pastries, yoghurt and croissants, Ham and cheeses were available. Great facilities, the bar stayed open late and my group could get pizzas late at night. Outside terrace besides the gym was very useful in the hot weather. The hotel is close to the centre of Arras and great restaurants to explore. My group were very happy with the hotel and everyone were complimentary about it. Definately Ill use again when I bring a group of Miltary veterans to stay.

“A good stay”

One night stay. Hotel is undergoing a refurb on the ground floor - reception was a desk surrounded by building work. We stayed mid Feb and they hoped to have the new reception open by early March. One night stay. Hotel is undergoing a refurb on the ground floor - reception was a desk surrounded by building work. We stayed mid Feb and they hoped to have the new reception open by early March. As always with HIX we had a small double bed in quite a spacious room. Everything was clean. We were given complimentary water bottles to fill from the water machine as they don’t put water in the room. The only water station for the whole hotel is on the ground floor. There is a seating area and table football on the lower ground floor before you enter the dining room. Breakfast was good with the usual HIX selections. Hotel is well placed for walking into the town centre where there are several nice restaurants. We always have raclette in Le Ch’ti Charivari in one of the two squares. Car parking is underneath the hotel

“GREAT!”

One of the better hotels we had in France so far. Clean beds, personell spoke excellent English and the breakfast was awesome. Our water heater was broken. After telling the frontdesk, within ten minutes the gentleman of maintenance showed up and fixed it. The shower was quite spaced out and not … lisää

The shower was quite spaced out and not eating halt the room so plenty of space in the room as well. One negative point.... TWO people room, only one chair ??

“Ok for a stop-off”

Prob more of a 3.5 at the moment. Rooms were fine, very quiet. It's quite hard to find at the moment with much road works taking place around the hotel and then harder still to get to the underground car park which offers reduced rates to hotel residents. It's quite hard to find at the moment with much road works taking place around the hotel and then harder still to get to the underground car park which offers reduced rates to hotel residents. A bit further to walk into the town centre than anticipated. (not huge distance but there were other hotel options nearer). Big bonus is the free breakfast.
