A great place to stay when visiting the WW1 battlefields and cemeteries, the historic mining sites or the Louvre. We had two large(ish) well-equipped interconnecting rooms. USB charging points next to the bed. Large walk-in showers. Rooms facing the station are sunnier and very effectively sound-proofed. We heard nothign from fellow guests, passing traffic or trains. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, with a machine to dispense freshly squeezed orange juice. Cheerful and helpful staff. The only strange feature was a life-size photo of Jacques Tati as M. Hulot staring down at us from the wall opposite the bed.

Great location semi decent breakfast. Basic hotel that was fine. No air conditioning so rooms very hot and not all windows opened. Great location semi decent breakfast. Basic hotel that was fine. No air conditioning so rooms very hot and not all windows opened. We were part of a large group so these conditions were across every room and not isolated. The weather was warm but not too hot. During hot weather the temperatures would be intolerable in the rooms. No solutions offered or available from reception.

“Great Location and really good hotel”

Visited Lens for a night to watch a football match and stayed at the IBIS hotel. Booked with friends and really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were all clean and spacious and hotel was in a really good central location. Staff were extremely friendly and helped with everything we required. Would fully reco… lisää

Visited Lens for a night to watch a football match and stayed at the IBIS hotel. Booked with friends and really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were all clean and spacious and hotel was in a really good central location. Staff were extremely friendly and helped with everything we required. Would fully recommend and im sure we will be back again.

“Very pleasant 1 night stay”

No kettle in room was the only comment I can come come up with that’s in any way negative. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is pretty good and the staff were fantastic. Not sure Lens has anything to offer other than a football club and seems a bit cut off from the world. But this hotel… lisää

No kettle in room was the only comment I can come come up with that’s in any way negative. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is pretty good and the staff were fantastic. Not sure Lens has anything to offer other than a football club and seems a bit cut off from the world. But this hotel treated everyone terrifically. Decent selection behind the bar.
