“Great hotel”
Visited with a group touring WW1 & 11 sites. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, everywhere was clean and the food was very good. “One night stay en route to tunnel”
Stopped here for one night whilst driving back from French alps. Great location. Secure car park. Quick check in. Clean. and comfortable rooms. Close to restaurants

Great location for a stop over or exploring the area. Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. The rooms are functional with good house keeping standards. “Great location and good breakfast but no hot water.”
Typical chain hotel but the location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's dog friendly. There is private parking (extra cost) but spaces are limited. “I will not return”
The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is definitely central in Saint-Omer. The staff is kind but the rooms are small and very outdated. If you like very basic comfort, this is for you. If not, choose the Mercure hotel in Saint-Omer.
