This was really a good experience and this establishment ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location at Arcs 2000 which is the main feature. The rooms and decor are very tastefully done and the food is excellent at all the restaurants, including a hearty breakfast selection. The staff were always helpful and anticipating our needs and always friendly and smiling. The SPA was excellent and we used it every day and it never felt crowded. The attached ski shop is excellent with knowledgeable staff and top notch equipment for all levels. Top marks all around.

The little touches made all the difference, from the lovely nightly turndown service to the thoughtful chocolates left on the pillow. We were also impressed by how well they catered to gluten-free options, making dining both stress-free and delicious. A special shout-out must go to the ski room staff, who were fantastic and made the daily transition to the slopes effortless. If you are looking for a hotel that offers top-tier service while remaining comfortable and welcoming, this is the place to stay.
