A great stay here for four nights. The apartment was clean, a good size for our party of four (two adults and two children) It had all amenities we needed, but a radio or Sonos would be great! In a good location with a supermarket downstairs (pricey but fine for top ups) and a boulangerie across the road. Close to the centre of the village and ski lifts. The swimming pool is nice (a little cold though) and the games room kept the kids busy in the afternoon. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Our electricity tripped when we had the kettle/ TV/ oven on at the same time but the staff member on the phone was quick to help. Beds were comfy and warm. Modern and clean.

The appartment was perfectly sized for our group of 10 people. The layout is great with the two wings of the appartment, each served by their own loo and bath or shower, and we loved having a whole floor to ourselves and being top floor with the most amazing view across La Clusaz. This really is a remarkable town, ALL the people we met in shops, restaurants, ski hire, lifts, ski school were very friendly and helpful. Skiing in April was wonderful because of the lack of crowds, endless sunshine, skiing in t-shirts and the ski resort moves snow each night to keep the lower pistes running smoothly. In the appartment there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses for everyone. Also lots of towels including brown ones for the swimming pool. We were hoping the kitchen might be a bit better. The oven had no markings on it so we had to guess the functions but amazingly cooked a roast dinner! We would have also liked some more serving dishes and serving spoons but we managed with what was there. Washing up liquid was kindly supplied and some loo rolls and dishwasher tabs but we instantly bought more. We would have liked a few more spare pillows so some guests could have two, but most of us were ok with one each and the two spares for the sofa bed were much appreciated. The pool and sauna were amazing and we were also kindly allowed to use these facilities on our last day while we waited for a late afternoon transfer to Geneva. Adjacent to the appartments is the most brilliant supermarket that seems to serve the whole town, with friendly staff and they literally sell everything! Also prices were reasonable for a mountain supermarket. We would all recommend this appartment it was brilliant! And we love La Clusaz!! ❤️

Gorgeous apartments in an excellent location. Apartments were equipped for all your needs. Late check in which was smoothly organised by email and keycode access. View from balcony was stunning. Gorgeous apartments in an excellent location. Apartments were equipped for all your needs. Late check in which was smoothly organised by email and keycode access. View from balcony was stunning. Superb facilities. The pool was great after a full day of ski. It was quiet and lovely to relax. Great communal area with pool table and games. Boulangerie opposite and Super U underneath for easy convenience. Staff were friendly. I did experience issues with noise from young groups of boys staying in nearby apartments. This was my only negative. They promote the apartments as being perfect for families and a relaxing stay, which made it hard for me to understand why they would risk accepting bookings from large groups of young boys at such a high-quality property. It would be a 5 star rating had I not experienced 2 nights of disturbed sleep after 12am- Just unlucky I guess. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. First time skiing in La Clusaz and we loved it!

Great Experience. This residence is located very close to the ski lifts, the village centre and a good supermarket. We found the two bedroom apartment very spacious, clean and had all the things required for cooking and drinking. There was plenty of hot water and lots of towels including towels for the leisure area. We were on the fourth floor with a balcony and 2 outdoor chairs which provided fantastic views of the slopes, the mountains and the village. We note from other reviews an air of disappointment that the sauna was out of order but we were informed of this at check in and noted on the day of the repair that a significant repair had been required. Sometimes things break down; it happens. The pool was very warm as was the jacuzzi and the views from the pool through the floor to ceiling windows are fantastic. Lastly the staff are great and really polite and helpful. We will be back
