“Great river, lots of shade, relaxed atmosphere”

Beautiful, spacious pitches with plenty of shade. Bathing in the slow-flowing Ain was the absolute highlight. Beautiful, spacious pitches with plenty of shade. Bathing in the slow-flowing Ain was the absolute highlight. Good play facilities for the kids (football pitch, ping-pong, water slides etc.) Unfortunately the toilets were spartan (no toilet seats) and there was no soap to wash your hands. The restaurant was also a little short on choice (2 types of pizza, chips, hamburgers), but the location, nature and proximity to Pont-de-Poitte are great.

Camp as it self has nice position by river, two pools, very small shop but you can order bread. Clean chalets and friendly staff. It is hard to say what is it mising but its like has no soul. “Not worth the 4-stars but nice location along the river”

This is not a 4-star campsite as far as we are concerned. Except for the nice location along the river, and perhaps the pool, the site lacked maintenance (grass was not cut on the pitches, some dead hedges, etc) and the sanitary area was outdated and lacked cleaning, certainly at the busy times of … lisää

This is not a 4-star campsite as far as we are concerned. Except for the nice location along the river, and perhaps the pool, the site lacked maintenance (grass was not cut on the pitches, some dead hedges, etc) and the sanitary area was outdated and lacked cleaning, certainly at the busy times of the day and evening. We were lucky to have a premium pitch along the river and far away from the play area, pool and entertainment because those are very loud at times. The free WiFi at the bar did not work. The bread service has a very limited selection - it is very easy to walk to the village and buy your bread at the bakery! The staff was not caring - the only big compliment to the gentleman who assisted us with the wasps - he did everything possible to make them go away, cleared the nests and came back multiple times. And every time with a smile and great attitude - 5 stars to him!!

Camping is very nice, great staff, good location, but the entire thing is designed to get money out of you for their appalling Wi-fi - bandwidth is not that bad when you can connect, but they manufacture a need to charge per device (over 10 euros per week per device) and then you constantly have to… lisää

Camping is very nice, great staff, good location, but the entire thing is designed to get money out of you for their appalling Wi-fi - bandwidth is not that bad when you can connect, but they manufacture a need to charge per device (over 10 euros per week per device) and then you constantly have to reconnect, so you are basically paying for nothing. I know there is far more to a holiday then WiFi - but if you are going to charge me a fortune for it, at least do it slightly well
