The Deneb residence is managed by the Mona Lisa team. The check-in was fast and efficient, which is not always the case in ski resorts on the busy Saturdays. The girls at the reception do a fantastic job and are pride to serve their customers in a helpful and professional way. On Sundays, the guests are invited for the evening aperitif in the hall, which was much appreciated. On the evening before check-out, they come and inspect the appartment, which is also a sign that they take their business serious. The residence Deneb is one of the better ones of the Risoul Ski resort (if not the best one): the appartments are spacious, very clean, and have all the necessary things available. We had a 5-6 people appartement, which meant we had 2 bedrooms for 2 people (1 with queen size, the other one with 2 single beds) as well as a third room with a sofa which could be converted if needed. We had two bathrooms. The location is excellent: about 50 meters to the ski slopes. The only negative is the pool/sauna area: the hot tub is not really hot, and too small, and the sauna has an extra charge to it. They should make this included in the package. You should be aware that Risoul is frequented by lots of students, so from around 11pm to about 1 am, they pass by the Deneb residence, on the way to their accommodations, giving quite some noise, especially if sleeping with open windows. Despite this, if ever we go back to Risoul, we surely go back to Deneb (hopefully with the sauna included by then)
